MOHCD AND OEWD ANNOUNCE AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT 2014-2015 CAPER
The Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) and Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD) announce the availability of the Draft 2014-2015 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for public review and comment from September 4, 2015 through September 18, 2015. The CAPER represents the annual report of the City and County of San Francisco’s implementation of the following four federal programs during program year 2014-2015:
• Community Development Block Grant (CDBG);
• Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG);
• HOME Investment Partnership (HOME); and,
• Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA)
The Draft 2014-2015 CAPER will be available for review beginning September 4, 2015. The draft document will be available electronically on MOHCD’s website at www.sfmohcd.org and at the following locations:
• MOHCD, 1 South Van Ness Avenue, 5th Floor
• Main Branch of the San Francisco Public Library, 100 Larkin Street, 5th Floor, Government Information Center
Members of the public who wish to provide feedback on the Draft CAPER document may do so by submitting written comments to: MOHCD, Draft 2014-2015 CAPER Staff, 1 South Van Ness Avenue, 5th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103. The deadline for receiving written comments is Friday, September 18, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.
MOHCD ANNOUNCES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development is pleased to announce the availability of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a 2015-16 grants program to support various activities across six programs: Access to Housing, Community Building and Neighborhood Planning, Eviction Prevention, Foundational Competencies, Legal Services, and Service Connection. The RFP will be available on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 electronically on MOHCD's website at www.sfmohcd.org or for pick-up at 1 South Van Ness Avenue, 5th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103. The Technical Assistance workshop will be held on Monday, August 24, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at 1 South Van Ness Avenue, 5th. Floor. Completed proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2015.
MOHCD PUBLISHED 2015-2019 CONSOLIDATED PLAN
The Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development has submitted its final version of its 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan and 2015-2016 Action Plan to HUD for review. The final version may be found here.
